I am not a body. I am free.
For I am still as God created me.

我在静默与真谦虚中寻求上主的荣耀，我也只能在圣子内瞻仰到这一荣耀，因祂所创造的圣子，与我的自性不二。
我不是一具身体。
我是自由的。
因我仍是上主所创造的我。
1. （191）我就是那神聖的上主之子。
我要在靜默與真正的謙遜中尋求上主的榮耀，並在聖子中看見它——祂已把聖子創造為我的自性。

因為我仍是上主創造的模樣。
