T-7.IV:Healing as the Recognition of Truth

1. 1Truth can only be recognized and need only be recognized. 2Inspiration is of the Holy Spirit, and certainty is of God according to His laws. 3Both, therefore, come from the same Source, since inspiration comes from the Voice for God and certainty comes from the laws of God. 4Healing does not come directly from God, Who knows His creations as perfectly whole. 5Yet healing is still of God, because it proceeds from His Voice and from His laws. 6It is their result, in a state of mind that does not know Him. 7The state is unknown to Him and therefore does not exist, but those who sleep are unaware. 8Because they are unaware, they do not know.

2. 1The Holy Spirit must work through you to teach you He is in you. 2This is an intermediary step toward the knowledge that you are in God because you are part of Him. 3The miracles the Holy Spirit inspires can have no order of difficulty, because every part of creation is of one order. 4This is God’s Will and yours. 5The laws of God establish this, and the Holy Spirit reminds you of it. 6When you heal, you are remembering the laws of God and forgetting the laws of the ego. 7I said before that forgetting is merely a way of remembering better. 8It is therefore not the opposite of remembering when it is properly perceived. 9Perceived improperly, it induces a perception of conflict with something else, as all incorrect perception does. 10Properly perceived, it can be used as a way out of conflict, as all proper perception can.

3. 1The ego does not want to teach everyone all it has learned, because that would defeat its purpose. 2Therefore it does not really learn at all. 3The Holy Spirit teaches you to use what the ego has made, to teach the opposite of what the ego has “learned.” 4The kind of learning is as irrelevant as is the particular ability that was applied to the learning. 5All you need do is make the effort to learn, for the Holy Spirit has a unified goal for the effort. 6If different abilities are applied long enough to one goal, the abilities themselves become unified. 7This is because they are channelized in one direction, or in one way. 8Ultimately, then, they all contribute to one result, and by so doing, their similarity rather than their differences is emphasized.

4. 1All abilities should therefore be given over to the Holy Spirit, Who understands how to use them properly. 2He uses them only for healing, because He knows you only as whole. 3By healing you learn of wholeness, and by learning of wholeness you learn to remember God. 4You have forgotten Him, but the Holy Spirit understands that your forgetting must be translated into a way of remembering.

5. 1The ego’s goal is as unified as the Holy Spirit’s, and it is because of this that their goals can never be reconciled in any way or to any extent. 2The ego always seeks to divide and separate. 3The Holy Spirit always seeks to unify and heal. 4As you heal you are healed, because the Holy Spirit sees no order of difficulty in healing. 5Healing is the way to undo the belief in differences, being the only way of perceiving the Sonship as one. 6This perception is therefore in accord with the laws of God, even in a state of mind that is out of accord with His. 7The strength of right perception is so great that it brings the mind into accord with His, because it serves His Voice, which is in all of you.

6. 1To think you can oppose the Will of God is a real delusion. 2The ego believes that it can, and that it can offer you its own “will” as a gift. 3You do not want it. 4It is not a gift. 5It is nothing at all. 6God has given you a gift that you both have and are. 7When you do not use it, you forget that you have it. 8By not remembering it, you do not know what you are. 9Healing, then, is a way of approaching knowledge by thinking in accordance with the laws of God, and recognizing their universality. 10Without this recognition, you have made the laws meaningless to you. 11Yet the laws are not meaningless, since all meaning is contained by them and in them.

7. 1Seek ye first the Kingdom of Heaven, because that is where the laws of God operate truly, and they can operate only truly because they are the laws of truth. 2But seek this only, because you can find nothing else. 3There is nothing else. 4God is All in all in a very literal sense. 5All being is in Him Who is all Being. 6You are therefore in Him since your being is His. 7Healing is a way of forgetting the sense of danger the ego has induced in you, by not recognizing its existence in your brother. 8This strengthens the Holy Spirit in both of you, because it is a refusal to acknowledge fear. 9Love needs only this invitation. 10It comes freely to all the Sonship, being what the Sonship is. 11By your awakening to it, you are merely forgetting what you are not. 12This enables you to remember what you are.

1. 你只能认清真相，真相也只需要你来认出。
根据上主的天律，灵感属于圣灵，千古不易则属于上主。
灵感来自上主的天音，千古不易来自上主的天律，两者同出一源。
疗愈并非直接来自上主，因祂知道自己的造化圆满无缺。
然而，疗愈仍与上主脱不了关系，因为它出自上主的天音与天律。
疗愈乃是天音与天律之果，它只是为尚不知道上主的心灵而设。
上主根本不知道“你不知道祂”这一回事，因此，这种心态是不可能存在的；但身在梦中之人却浑然不觉这一真相。
正因他们的不觉，故无由得知真相。
2. 圣灵需要借你而工作，祂先教你明白祂就活在你内。
这是领你迈向“你是上主的一部分，故你活在上主内”这一真知的中途站。
由圣灵而发的奇迹是没有难易之分的，因为造化的每一部分都属同一层次。
这是上主的旨意，也是你的意愿。
这是上主天律制定的真相，圣灵只负提醒之责。
你一得到疗愈，自会忆起上主之律而忘却小我的运作法则。
我曾说过，遗忘只是为了帮你记得更清楚。
因此，你若了解得当，遗忘并不是记忆的反义词。
你若认知有误，它就会和所有错误知见一样，引发内心的冲突。
但只要了解得当，它也会像所有正知见一样，成了你由冲突解脱的途径。
3. 小我不想把自己学到的一切倾囊相授给所有的人，因为那绝不符合它的利益。
为此，它也不会真正学到任何事情。
圣灵则会教你利用小我营造之物，去教与小我所“学”截然相反的事情。
不论你究竟学到什么，或具备哪种特殊的学习能力，全都无足轻重。
你只管努力去学，圣灵自会把你所有的努力导向同一目标。
即使是不同的能力，只要致力于同一目标，久而久之，它们就会合作无间了。
只因它们全都导向同一方向或同一道路。
长此以往地致力于同一目标，彼此的相似处（而非相异处）便自然凸显出来了。
4. 因此，你应将所有的能力一并交托给圣灵，只有祂知道如何发挥其用。
而祂也只会将那些能力用在疗愈上，因为祂只知道圆满无缺的你。
你则需要透过疗愈才会明白自己的圆满本性，明白了自己的圆满，你就懂得如何忆起上主了。
纵使你早已遗忘了祂，圣灵十分了解你需要祂来帮你把遗忘转译成一种回忆。
5. 小我的目标和圣灵的目标都能自成一个体系；正因如此，它们的目标绝对没有任何兼容并存的可能。
小我总是伺机分裂与对立。
圣灵则从不放过疗愈与合一的机会。
你唯有在疗愈他人之际，方能得到疗愈；在圣灵眼中，疗愈也无难易之分。
唯有疗愈能帮人认清圣子奥体的一体性，它是化解分别心的唯一途径。
纵使人心尚未达到与天律一致的境地，这种知见已开始与上主的天律互通款曲。
正念力量如此之大，它能将心灵拉回天心的正轨，而这纯为天音效力的正念就在你们每个人的心内。
6. 你以为自己能够与上主的旨意作对，那是痴人说梦。
小我不只相信自己有此能耐，还想把它的“意愿”当作礼物送你。
那绝不是你想要的东西。
它也称不上是礼物。
它其实什么都不是。
上主已给了你一项礼物，你不只“拥有”它，而且那“就是”你。
你若不把它用出来，就会忘了自己是拥有它的。
你一旦忘了它，便再也无法知道自己的真相了。
因此，所谓疗愈，就是透过与天律相应之念而迈向真知的途径，还能认清天律放诸四海皆准的普遍价值。
缺了这份认知，天律对你变得毫无意义。
然而，天律绝不会毫无意义的，因为所有的意义都出自它且在它内。
7. 你应先寻求天国，因为那是天律真正运作之处；它们只可能真实地运作，因为它们属于真理之律。
只寻求天国吧！因为除此之外，你不可能找到其他东西的。
此外也没有任何东西存在。
上主是万有中的万有，绝非虚言。
一切生命都在祂内，祂是绝对的实存境界。
因此，你也在祂内，因为你的生命是祂实存的一部分。
只要你不再把弟兄视为一种威胁，存心遗忘小我加诸你的危机意识，你就疗愈了。
这会强化圣灵在你们两人心中的临在，只因你已拒绝为恐惧作保。
爱只等着你这封邀请函。
它既是圣子奥体的本来真相，故能自由进出整个奥体内。
你一旦觉醒于爱，自会遗忘你所“不是”的那一切。
这就帮你忆起了自己的真相。
1.真理只能被認清，也只需被認清。
啟發出自聖靈，而篤定則出自上主，那是祂的天律。
為此，二者係出同源，畢竟啟發源於上主之音，而篤定源於上主之律。
療癒並非直接出自上主，祂深知自己的創造圓滿無缺。
但療癒依舊源於上主，因它出自於上主之音和上主之律。
在那無從了知上主的心境中，二者的結果即是療癒。
這樣的心境並不存在，因為上主對其一無所知，但那些睡夢中的心靈卻無以覺知。
它們既無以覺知，便也無以了知。
2.聖靈必須藉著你來行祂的事功，以便教你祂即在你之內。
這是通往真知的中間步驟，而真知會使你明白你就在上主之內，因為你是祂的一部分。
聖靈啟發的奇蹟沒有孰難孰易的區別，因為任一部分的創造都沒有區別。
這既是上主的旨意，也是你的心願。
上主之律確立了這點，而聖靈則提醒了你這點。
當你療癒時，你就是在憶起上主之律，並遺忘小我之律。
我曾說過，遺忘不過是為了能更好的憶起。
為此，若能正確看待，遺忘就不是憶起的對立面。
若不能正確看待，它就會引發你對衝突的感知，這是一切錯誤眼光都會導致的後果。
正確看待的話，你就能利用它來擺脫衝突，這是一切正確眼光都能為你做到的事。
3.小我並不想教會所有人它學習到的一切，因為這會阻礙它的目的。
所以，它並未真的學到任何東西。
聖靈教你如何利用小我營造之物，藉此教導與小我之「學習」相反的道理。
學習的類別無關緊要，一如你運用於學習的特殊能力。
你唯一需要做的就是努力學習，因為聖靈為此制定了一體之目標。
倘使不同的能力被用於單一目標，而且時間夠長，這些能力就會融為一體。
這是因為它們被引向同個方向、同一條路。
於是，它們終會合力促成同一結果，而一旦如此，它們之間的相似而非相異便會凸顯出來。
4.為此，一切能力都應被獻給聖靈，祂了解該怎麼運用它們才合適。
祂只會將它們用於療癒的目的，因為在祂的了知裡，你必是圓滿的。
藉著療癒，你發覺了圓滿，而藉著發覺圓滿，你學會了該如何憶起上主。
你遺忘了祂，但聖靈了解你的遺忘必須被轉譯為一種憶起的手段。
5.小我就和聖靈一樣懷著統一的目標，為此之故，不論以何種方式，兩者的目標都不可能在任何程度上達成妥協。
小我總會試圖分割並分裂。
聖靈總會試圖合一並療癒。
療癒他人即是療癒自己，因為在聖靈眼裡，療癒絕無孰難孰易的區別。
療癒能替人化解對差異的信念，也唯有如此，你才得以將聖子奧體視為一體。
你的這一感知因此也符合上主之律，即便你的內在狀態仍與祂的不符。
正確感知的強大力量能讓你的心與祂的心相符，因它服務於上主的天音，亦在所有人之內。
6.你若自以為能違反上主的旨意，就必是在妄想。
小我相信自己做得到，而它也能把自己的「心願」當禮物送給你。
你並不想要。
那不是禮物。
那什麼也不是。
你既擁有上主給你的禮物，亦是那禮物。
一旦你棄而不用，就會遺忘自己擁有它。
一旦記不起它，你就無以明白那真實的自己。
為此，藉著讓自己的思維與上主之律一致，並認清它們放諸四海皆準，療癒便成了趨近真知的一種途徑。
若不能認清這點，上主之律在你眼裡就顯得不具意義。
但它們並非不具意義，畢竟它們涵蓋了一切意義，也涵融了一切意義。
7.你應當先尋求天堂的國度，因為那是上主之律真正運行之處，而它們也無法「假裝」運行，因為它們乃真理之律。
你只應尋求這個，因為你找不到什麼別的。
也沒有什麼別的。
嚴格來說，上主即是一切中的一切。
一切存在都內在於祂，而祂亦是一切存在。
因此，你就在祂之內，因為你的存在即是祂的。
藉著療癒，你能忘掉小我在你心裏引發的危機感，因你不會在弟兄之內看出小我的存在。
這會強化你和他之內的聖靈，因為這麼做是在拒絕肯認恐懼。
愛唯一需要的就是這一邀請。
它自由地來到了所有聖子奧體中間，因為它就是聖子奧體。
當你覺醒於它時，不過就是在忘卻你所不是之物。
於是你得以憶起你所是的那個自己。
