T-13.I:Guiltlessness and Invulnerability

1. 1Earlier, I said that the Holy Spirit shares the goal of all good teachers, whose ultimate aim is to make themselves unnecessary by teaching their pupils all they know. 2The Holy Spirit wants only this, for sharing the Father’s Love for His Son, He seeks to remove all guilt from his mind that he may remember his Father in peace. 3Peace and guilt are antithetical, and the Father can be remembered only in peace. 4Love and guilt cannot coexist, and to accept one is to deny the other. 5Guilt hides Christ from your sight, for it is the denial of the blamelessness of God’s Son.

2. 1In the strange world that you have made the Son of God has sinned. 2How could you see him, then? 3By making him invisible, the world of retribution rose in the black cloud of guilt that you accepted, and you hold it dear. 4For the blamelessness of Christ is the proof that the ego never was, and can never be. 5Without guilt the ego has no life, and God’s Son is without guilt.

3. 1As you look upon yourself and judge what you do honestly, you may be tempted to wonder how you can be guiltless. 2Yet consider this: You are not guiltless in time, but in eternity. 3You have “sinned” in the past, but there is no past. 4Always has no direction. 5Time seems to go in one direction, but when you reach its end it will roll up like a long carpet spread along the past behind you, and will disappear. 6As long as you believe the Son of God is guilty you will walk along this carpet, believing that it leads to death. 7And the journey will seem long and cruel and senseless, for so it is.

4. 1The journey the Son of God has set himself is useless indeed, but the journey on which his Father sets him is one of release and joy. 2The Father is not cruel, and His Son cannot hurt himself. 3The retaliation that he fears and that he sees will never touch him, for although he believes in it the Holy Spirit knows it is not true. 4The Holy Spirit stands at the end of time, where you must be because He is with you. 5He has already undone everything unworthy of the Son of God, for such was His mission, given Him by God. 6And what God gives has always been.

5. 1You will see me as you learn the Son of God is guiltless. 2He has always sought his guiltlessness, and he has found it. 3For everyone is seeking to escape from the prison he has made, and the way to find release is not denied him. 4Being in him, he has found it. 5When he finds it is only a matter of time, and time is but an illusion. 6For the Son of God is guiltless now, and the brightness of his purity shines untouched forever in God’s Mind. 7God’s Son will always be as he was created. 8Deny your world and judge him not, for his eternal guiltlessness is in the Mind of his Father, and protects him forever.

6. 1When you have accepted the Atonement for yourself, you will realize there is no guilt in God’s Son. 2And only as you look upon him as guiltless can you understand his oneness. 3For the idea of guilt brings a belief in condemnation of one by another, projecting separation in place of unity. 4You can condemn only yourself, and by so doing you cannot know that you are God’s Son. 5You have denied the condition of his being, which is his perfect blamelessness. 6Out of love he was created, and in love he abides. 7Goodness and mercy have always followed him, for he has always extended the Love of his Father.

7. 1As you perceive the holy companions who travel with you, you will realize that there is no journey, but only an awakening. 2The Son of God, who sleepeth not, has kept faith with his Father for you. 3There is no road to travel on, and no time to travel through. 4For God waits not for His Son in time, being forever unwilling to be without him. 5And so it has always been. 6Let the holiness of God’s Son shine away the cloud of guilt that darkens your mind, and by accepting his purity as yours, learn of him that it is yours.

8. 1You are invulnerable because you are guiltless. 2You can hold on to the past only through guilt. 3For guilt establishes that you will be punished for what you have done, and thus depends on one-dimensional time, proceeding from past to future. 4No one who believes this can understand what “always” means, and therefore guilt must deprive you of the appreciation of eternity. 5You are immortal because you are eternal, and “always” must be now. 6Guilt, then, is a way of holding past and future in your mind to ensure the ego’s continuity. 7For if what has been will be punished, the ego’s continuity is guaranteed. 8Yet the guarantee of your continuity is God’s, not the ego’s. 9And immortality is the opposite of time, for time passes away, while immortality is constant.

9. 1Accepting the Atonement teaches you what immortality is, for by accepting your guiltlessness you learn that the past has never been, and so the future is needless and will not be. 2The future, in time, is always associated with expiation, and only guilt could induce a sense of a need for expiation. 3Accepting the guiltlessness of the Son of God as yours is therefore God’s way of reminding you of His Son, and what he is in truth. 4For God has never condemned His Son, and being guiltless he is eternal.

10. 1You cannot dispel guilt by making it real, and then atoning for it. 2This is the ego’s plan, which it offers instead of dispelling it. 3The ego believes in atonement through attack, being fully committed to the insane notion that attack is salvation. 4And you who cherish guilt must also believe it, for how else but by identifying with the ego could you hold dear what you do not want?

11. 1The ego teaches you to attack yourself because you are guilty, and this must increase the guilt, for guilt is the result of attack. 2In the ego’s teaching, then, there is no escape from guilt. 3For attack makes guilt real, and if it is real there is no way to overcome it. 4The Holy Spirit dispels it simply through the calm recognition that it has never been. 5As He looks upon the guiltless Son of God, He knows that this is true. 6And being true for you, you cannot attack yourself, for without guilt attack is impossible. 7You, then, are saved because God’s Son is guiltless. 8And being wholly pure, you are invulnerable.

1. 我先前说过，圣灵与所有优秀教师一样，祂会将自己所知的一切倾囊相授，最后的目的是让自己形同虚设。
此即圣灵之所愿；祂为了把天父之爱带给圣子，必先设法消除圣子心中所有的罪咎，他才可能心安理得地忆起天父。
平安及罪咎是势不两立的，唯有平安的心灵才可能忆起天父。
爱与罪咎也无法并存，你若接受一方，表示你已否定了另一方。
罪咎会使你看不见基督的临在，因它否定了圣子无瑕可指的本质。
2. 在你自己打造的荒诞世界里，上主之子确实罪不可赦。
那么，你还可能真正看到他吗？
他的真相一旦从你眼前消失，因果报应的世界便会从这罪咎的浓雾中浮现，你不只接受它，还会百般珍惜。
唯有基督无瑕可指的本质才能证明小我不曾存在也永远不可能存在。
没有罪咎的支撑，小我了无生机可言，而上主之子确是清白无罪的。
3. 只要你能诚实地反省一下自己的所作所为，就会忍不住怀疑自己怎么可能清白无罪！
你不妨这样想：你是在永恒境界里清白无罪，而非时空世界。
你过去确实“犯了罪”，问题是“过去”根本不存在。
“永远如此”之境哪有方向或座标？
时间只是看起来朝着某一方向推进，但当你抵达尽头时，过去的时间会像你身后那条漫长的地毯，瞬间卷起而消失于无形。
只要你相信上主之子是有罪的，表示你仍在这地毯上徘徊，并且相信它正一步一步地将你导向死亡。
这旅程显得如此无情、漫长又了无意义；它确实如此。
4. 上主之子为自己设定的旅程只是虚度一生而已，天父为圣子安排的才是解脱与喜乐之道。
天父绝非不仁，圣子也伤害不了自己。
他眼中所见的可怕报应其实不曾伤他分毫；不论他多么相信因果不爽，圣灵知道那不是真的。
圣灵就立于时间的尽头，那也是你真正所在之地，因为圣灵必然与你同在。
祂会帮圣子解除所有与他不配之物，这是天父赋予圣灵的任务。
只要是出自上主之愿，必然永远如此。
5. 只要你学会认出上主之子的清白无罪，你就会看到我。
上主之子一直都在寻找自己的清白，其实他已经找到了。
每个人都千方百计想要逃离自己打造的监狱，他迟早会找到脱身的途径的。
因为脱身之途就在他的心内，为此他其实已经找到了。
至于何时找到，只是迟早的问题；幸好，时间只是幻相而已。
上主之子在当下这一刻已经清白无罪了，他纯洁无染的光明在上主天心内光华四射。
上主之子永远不会失落他受造之初的本来面目。
否认你的世界吧！不要评判你的弟兄，因他在天父心中永远清白无罪，这才是圣子永恒的护身符。
6. 你一旦亲自接受了救赎，自然便会了悟上主之子的清白无罪。
唯有着眼于他无罪的一面，你才可能认出他内的一体生命。
因为罪咎观念会让人生出“此人能够定彼人之罪”那种信念，且将分裂投射于本来的一体之境。
你只能定自己的罪，一旦定罪，你再也不知道自己是上主之子了。
因你已否定了他的生命真相、他无瑕可指的完美本质。
他是由爱中创生的，故只能活在爱中。
善良与仁慈始终伴随他左右，因他的生命一直在延伸天父之爱。
7. 你若能认出自己的同行伙伴是何方神圣，便会瞬间了悟根本没有所谓的“旅程”，只有觉醒才是真的。
那从不入睡的上主之子，一直在为你向天父表达忠贞。
这根本就是一趟无“程”之旅，也没有所谓的“时光隧道”。
上主不会在时间里等待祂的圣子的，因为祂从来不愿离开圣子而活。
故祂不曾离开圣子一步。
让上主之子的神圣光辉驱散那笼罩你心头的罪咎之云吧！你只需把他的纯洁纳为己有，便能从他身上学到原来那一切本来就是你的。
8. 你是百害不侵的，因为你清白无罪。
只有罪咎才会使你饱受过去的纠缠。
因为罪咎相信你该为自己所作的一切受罚，将你打入从过去到未来的“一次元”时空世界。
凡是相信时间的人，不可能了解“永远”的含义，罪咎便如此夺走了你对永恒的向往。
你是不朽的，因为你有永恒生命，“永远”必然就在此刻。
由此可知，罪咎不过想把过去与未来的观念打入你的心内，确保小我的生存。
如果你会为过去一切受到惩罚，小我的续存便得到了保证。
问题是，只有上主（而非小我）才能保证生命的永续性。
不朽是时间观念的反面，时间转眼即逝，唯有不朽之境恒常不变。
9. 唯有接受救赎，才能教你认出什么是不朽的；唯有接受了自己的无罪，你才会明了过去确实不存在，未来也没有存在的必要。
未来的时间观念常与补偿心态互通声息，唯有罪咎心念才会衍生出赎罪心态。
因此，接受上主之子的无罪作为自己的生命本质，这是上主帮你忆起圣子真相的途径。
既然上主从未定过圣子的罪，他的清白无罪必是永恒的。
10. 你一旦把罪咎当真，而且还想为它赎罪的话，你就再也难以脱身了。
这是小我高明之处，它不仅不会帮你除去罪咎，反而助长了自己的声势。
小我相信唯有攻击才能赎回自己，只因它早已信服“攻击即救恩”的疯狂信念。
你若还恋恋不舍罪咎心态，必然对它言听计从；若非你已与小我认同，否则你怎么可能如此珍惜自己根本不想要之物？
11. 小我教你攻击自己，因为你罪有应得；而攻击又会让你内咎，使你更感到罪孽深重。
因此，在小我的教导下，你不可能摆脱罪咎的。
因为攻击会把罪咎弄假成真；一旦弄假成真，你就难以制服它了。
圣灵消除罪咎的方法就是心平气和地看清罪咎不存在的事实。
祂只需正视无罪的圣子一眼，就知道这是千真万确的事。
你若也能看到这一真相，就不可能攻击自己了；因为了无罪咎之人不可能发动攻击。
你便如此得救了，只因上主之子天生清白无罪。
心地彻底纯洁的人必然百害不侵。
1.之前我曾說過，聖靈共享了所有好老師的目標；他們的終極目的就是要把所知的一切傳授給學生，好讓學生不再需要他們。
這才是聖靈唯一想要的，因為祂既共享了天父對聖子的愛，便要盡力移除聖子心中的所有罪咎，好讓他能平安地憶起自己的天父。
平安與罪咎是不可得兼的，而只有在平安中，聖子才可憶起天父。
愛無法同罪咎共存，而接納了一個，就否定了另一個。
罪咎會使你看不見基督，因為它否定了上主之子的無罪本質。
2.在你造出的這個怪異的世界中，上主之子犯了罪。
那麼，你又怎能看見他？
這個報復的世界遮住了他，進而由罪咎的烏雲中生起，而你則接納並珍視著這些罪咎。
因為基督的無罪本質證明了小我從未存在，也不可能存在。
少了罪咎，小我就會失去生命，而上主之子本無罪咎。
3.倘使你看著自己，並誠實以對自己的行為，或許會忍不住懷疑自己怎麼可能無罪。
但不妨這麼想：你的無罪是在永恆之中，而非時間之內。
過去你曾「犯了罪」，但過去並不存在。
永遠是沒有走向的。
時間似乎有其走向，不過你若抵達了它的終點，它就會在你身後捲起並消失殆盡，有如鋪往過去的長長地毯。
只要你相信上主之子有罪，就會沿著這條地毯前行，並相信它的終點即是死亡。
這趟旅程也會顯得漫長、殘酷、而且不具意義，因為這就是事實。
4.上主之子令自己踏上的旅程確實無用之至，但天父令他踏上的旅程卻能通往解脫和喜樂。
天父並不殘酷，而祂的聖子也無法自我傷害。
眼前的報復雖令他懼怕，卻傷不了他一根寒毛，因為他雖相信報復，聖靈卻知道那不是真的。
聖靈就佇立在時間的終點，而你一定也在那兒，因為祂與你同在。
祂化解了配不上聖子的一切，因為那是上主賦予祂的任務。
而只要是上主賦予的，就永遠都在。
5.一旦你發覺上主之子無罪無咎，就會見到我了。
他一直在找的就是自己的無罪，而他也已找著。
因為每個人都在努力逃離他所營造的監獄，而尋獲解脫的途徑並未關閉。
那既在他內，他也已找著。
何時可以找著則只是時間的問題，而時間僅僅是個幻相。
畢竟上主之子此刻就是無罪的，而他的純潔永遠都在上主天心之內朗朗閃耀，不受一點沾染。
上主之子永遠都是受造之初的模樣。
否定你的世界，並放下對他的論斷吧，因為他那永恆的純潔無罪就在天父心中，且永遠保護著他。
6.一旦你親自接受了救贖，就會了悟聖子之內並無罪咎。
而只有著眼於他的無罪，你才可明白他的一體性。
因為罪咎的觀念會衍生出一方正在譴責另一方的信念，並以投射分裂來取代合一。
你能譴責的只有自己，而這麼做又會使你無法明白自己就是聖子。
你已否定了聖子存在的條件，也就是他那完美的無罪。
他既在愛裡受造，亦在那兒安住。
善意與憐憫始終伴隨著他，因為他始終在把天父的愛向外延伸。
7.一旦感知到和你一同前行的神聖道友，你就會發覺旅程並不存在，而只有覺醒。
上主之子從未沉睡，且為你守護著對天父的信心。
沒有可供前行的路，也沒有可供前行的時光。
因為上主不會在時光中等待自己的聖子，畢竟祂始終不願失去他。
這事一向如此。
讓上主之子的神聖性藉著光照驅散在你心中投下陰影的罪咎之雲，並接納他的純潔也屬於你吧，如此你才能從他那兒得知那確實非你莫屬。
8.你是百害不侵的，因為你無罪無咎。
只有憑著罪咎，你才能執著於過去。
因為罪咎認定你會為了過去的所作所為而受罰，所以它取決於單一向度、由過去通往未來的時間。
相信了這點，就絕不可能明白何謂「永遠」，為此之故，罪咎必會剝奪你對永恆的領略。
你是不朽的，因為你是永恆的，而「永遠」必然就在當下。
那麼，罪咎則是把過去和未來留存在你心中的一種方式，以便確保小我的延續。
因為過去的事如果會受罰，小我的延續就能得到保證。
但保證了你能延續的是上主，而非小我。
不朽則是時間的對立面，因為時間會過去，不朽卻經久不衰。
9.接納救贖則會使你明白何謂不朽，因為一旦接納了自身的無罪無咎，你就能學會過去既不曾存在，未來便無需存在，也不會存在。
時間中的未來總是與贖罪有關，也只有罪咎才會引發對贖罪的心理需求。
為此之故，將聖子的無罪無咎納為己有便是上主令你憶起聖子及其真面目的一種方式。
因為上主從未譴責自己的聖子，他既然無罪，便屬永恆。
10.先把罪咎當真，再為此贖罪，是驅除不了罪咎的。
這是小我獻上的計劃，而它並不驅除罪咎。
小我相信只有攻擊才能贖罪，因為它對攻擊便是救恩的瘋狂主張深信不疑。
而你一旦珍視罪咎，則必會這麼相信，畢竟若不是藉著認同小我，你又怎會寶貝自己不想要的東西？
11.小我教你攻擊自己，因為你充滿罪咎，而這必會增添你的罪咎，因為罪咎便是攻擊的結果。
那麼，小我的教導便會使人脫離不了罪咎。
因為攻擊會把罪咎弄假成真，而罪咎若是真的，超克它則成了天方夜譚。
聖靈驅除它的方式十分單純，就是默默認清它從未存在。
一旦祂望著無罪無咎的上主之子，心中便知此事為真。
而你若真的無罪，就無法自我攻擊，因為少了罪咎，攻擊就是不可能的事。
那麼，你就得救了，因為上主之子是無罪的。
而你既然純潔無罪，便也百害不侵。
